Documentation
Definition
You use this function to completely delete the internal claim type or the policy product (in other words, all generations and versions) from the database.
If claims are assigned, the program determines the number of claims, and, after issuing the first warning, asks you if you really want to delete. You cannot reinstate this data once you have deleted it. You are not permitted to delete in a live client.
Only attributes that are not subject to versioning, such as assignments to screen sequences, remain. You can delete the assignment of screen sequences for expert mode in IMG activity Internal Claim Type: Specify Claim Handler Group and Screen Sequences for Expert Mode and for other processing modes in IMG activity Internal Claim Type: Specify Claim Handler Group and Screen Sequences for Other Processing Modes.
