Definition

Groups multiple fields that are to be evaluated by the same BAdI implementation during data retrieval.

Use

Each category corresponds to the filter value of an implementation of the <Evaluate Fields for Data Retrieval Business Add-In (BAdI) of the HRTMC_DATA_RETRIEVAL enhancement spot.

The category thus specifies which BAdI implementation the system calls to evaluate the fields of this category.

Dependencies

If you create a customer category, you must also create an implementation of the BADI_HRTMC_DR_FIELDS BAdI with the corresponding filter value.

For each category it must be determined which object type the BAdI implementation expects (for example, the Central Person (CP) object type).
