Definition
In the shift plan, the user can display/hide an additional information line (menu "Views"; user parameter PE_DETAIL). The contents can be defined in the Customizing activity Activate Additional Information Line. The user can select the type and sequence of the information to be displayed.
If no other settings are made for the shift group, the shift plan shows the following information in this exact sequence provided that the user has displayed the line.
1. Original shift according to infotype "Planned Working Time"
This involves the shift abbreviation of the shift from the work schedule according to the work schedule rule (field SCHKZ) from infotype "Planned Working Time" (IT0007) and table "Definition of Shift Abbreviations for Shift Planning" (T77ED).
Condition: This shift is only displayed if it differs from the target shift plan.
2. Substitution type according to infotype "Substitutions"
Condition: The substitution type from infotype "Substitutions" (IT2003) is only displayed if it is different to the default value: actual plan substitution target plan substitution in the target plan. These default values VARTI and VARTS are defined in the group PEINS in table "System Table" (T77S0).
3. Abbreviation of additional shifts from detail popup
Conditions:
- There are additional shifts in the detail popup of the shift plan.
- It does not involve availability for work.
- The space remaining is sufficient for this shift abbreviation. If not, only the character '>' appears.
4. Abbreviation for an attendance/absence-overwritten shift
A full-day attendance/absence (IT2001 "Absences", IT2002 "Attendances") overwrites a shift (IT2003 "Substitutions")in the display of the shift plan on the same day. The Shift Abbreviation of the "hidden" shift, which is relevant for payroll, can be seen in the status of the information line.
Conditions:
- A full-day attendance/absence exists.
- A substitution exists under this. In other words, the only shifts to appear here are those that are different to those from the original shift according to infotype "Planned Working Time" (IT0007).
