Documentation
Definition
This field and the Parameter field specify the value limit as a value to be determined by the system. On the basis of the value limit you can set rules for time balance processing.
The value limit to be determined relates to the balance you specify in under Time balance.
Use
Instead of entering a constant value, you can determine the value limit from your employees' master data and transaction data (for example, the employee's planned working time). The data is determined using operation HRS.
The 'possible entries' pushbutton shows all the possible origin indicators for operation HRS that you can enter in this field. The Parameter field allows you to access the RPDSYS00 documentation.
If you want to determine the value from the results of a balance (origin indicators D, M, L, O, W, X), specify the time type whose value you want to use in the Parameter field.
You specify the type of value limit in the Upper limit and Lower limit fields.
If you want to set the value limit to 0, leave the value limit fields blank and enter only the type of value limit.
