Definition

If the liability wage type in the first distribution section of this table operates under the inflow principle, and if you have chosen "Distribution According to Expenses with Inflow Principle# processing, a liability inflow must be calculated for the gross inflow during inflow periods (that is, in periods where a gross inflow has occurred for the liability wage type). After this liability inflow has been calculated, it can be allocated to the outflow periods (periods of origin), where they are supposed to be according to General Ledger Accounting (new).

Liability inflow is calculated as follows. If, for the inflow period:

-    B is the entire gross of the liability wage type including the gross inflow,

-    BI is the gross inflow,

-    V is the entire liability

-    VI is the corresponding liability inflow

Then

    VI = BI * ( V / B )

The function XLIDI therefore needs, among other things, the entire gross amount including the gross inflow to calculate this liability inflow. In this case, the In/Outflow Not Gr field means the following: Depending on the country, or even depending on the liability wage type, it is possible that the gross wage types may or may not contain the gross inflows.

For the former, the required value for B can be taken directly from the gross wage type stored in the #Distribution Basis# field of the relevant distribution section.

For the latter, however, the value B remains to be calculated. This is because the representative gross amount for each liability type is calculated from the sum of the relevant gross wage type according to the distribution basis of the relevant distribution section and inflow wage type according to the wage type gross inflow of the distribution section.

Select the In/Outflow Not Gr switch when the second case applies to wage types of the relevant distribution section.
