Definition

Priority of the individual items in the inbox of an Employee Interaction Center (EIC).

Use

You can search in the EIC inbox according to the inbox priority.

The individual item types in the EIC inbox have their own priority (see item type priority). A different set of priorities exists for each of the individual item types. Therefore, item type priorities are assigned to inbox priorities. You can use the inbox priorities to perform a uniform search for all item types in the EIC inbox.
