Definition
Here you can define whether the operand values for the operand can be maintained historically (whether the operand values can be specified in different periods).
Example
The ordered demand is set for billing via the operand ORD_DEMAND (from the DEMAND category). The ordered demand is 100 kW starting from 01/01/97 and it increases to 150 kW on 01/01/98. The demand must be maintained for different periods for operand ORD_DEMAND. In other words, historical maintenance of the operand values is required for the operand.
Control is only possible if historical maintenance was permitted for the corresponding operand category in table TE375.
You can make the following entries:
0 - No restriction; the specification for the operand category is valid
If you choose this value, the control from the operand category becomes active.
1 - Change only permitted up to the start of the current billing period
This control is only relevant for maintaining operand values in the installation facts.
If you choose this value, historical maintenance of the operand value in the installation facts is only possible in the current billing period. Operand values cannot be maintained in periods that have already been billed.
There is no restriction when maintaining operand values in the rate category facts and in the rate facts.
2 - Change only permitted up to the start of the current backbilling period
This control is only relevant for maintaining operand values in the installation facts.
If you choose this value, historical maintenance of the operand value in the installation facts is only possible in the current backbilling period. Operands cannot be maintained in periods for which backbilling has already been carried out. This means that this control is different from control "1" only if backbilling is active. The difference is that for this control, the operand values from already-billed periods of the backbilling period can be maintained.
There is no restriction when maintaining operand values in the rate category facts and in the rate facts.
3 - No historical change is permitted
If you choose this value, historical maintenance is not permitted for the operand values.
