Definition

The time balance rule group controls the determination of value limits for time balances according to the employee's organizational assignment. You can set different regulations for different time balance rule groups.

Use

You determine the time balance rule group using function MOD in the initialization block of the schema. Function MOD calls up a personnel calculation rule (for example MODT, TMON) that fits the requirements of the schema. Operation PAYTP first queries the employee subgroup grouping for the personnel calculation rule. Using operation MODIF L=xx, you can then specify which time balance rule group you want time evaluation to use to access the entries in the Limits for Time Balances table. You can specify this for each employee subgroup grouping.
