Displays the assets by category.

In the output list, the Annex 16 report aggregates assets within a category according to various criteria, for example, asset type, structure, item, and start period of business use.

Use

You use this category only with the following forms: Annex 16-1 Annex 16-2 and Annex 16-4.

Dependencies

If you select the Category list type, you must select one of the following categories:

• Retired Assets
• Assets: Reached Scrap Value
• Assets: No Depreciation
• Assets: Posted Reserves
• No Categorization

Example

You select the categorization type Retired Assets.
When you output the form, the system aggregates the assets in this category by asset type, structure, item, and the start period of business use.
