Definition

Quantity in the outbound delivery generated by the supplying plant for this schedule line.

Use

You have created a stock transport order or a stock transport scheduling agreementin order to procure material from another plant (the supplying plant) within your enterprise. The supplying plant then generated an outbound delivery for this stock transport order or scheduling agreement.

The Quantity delivered field shows you the quantity delivered against this schedule line via an outbound delivery (or possibly several such deliveries). This enables you to check whether the supplying plant will deliver the desired quantity of the material as scheduled.

Note

If the quantity of the outbound delivery exceeds the scheduled quantity (as per the schedule line) the excess will be reassigned to the next schedule line. If the quantity of the outbound delivery is less than the scheduled quantity (as per the schedule line), further outbound delivery quantities are assigned to this line until the schedule line quantity is reached.
