Definition
In this field, you define the percentage ratio between two hazard pay scales derived.
In this field, specify which percentage for the wage and salary elements allocated to the current hazard pay scale are to be transferred to hazard pay scale A. The difference between this percentage and 100 % is transferred to hazard pay scale B.
