Definition
This flag has to be set, when the initial buy check for a MRP type was changed in table FRE_DB_FRE_DISMM or a MRP type was deleted from table FRE_DB_FRE_DISMM.
In the first case the radio button 'Consider only MRP types actual relevant for F&R' has to be selected, in the second case 'Consider all selected MRP types'.
For the entered MRP type every plant data for material is checked.
If the plant data for material is relevant for F&R, then a change pointer for the plant data for material is created with message type FRE_ART_SITE on field MRP type (MARC-DISMM), so that with the next run of the master data delta load there is a new assignment of procurement cycles to transportation lanes.
