Use
If a change pointer exists for a master data object that was found to be inconsistent, it can be assumed that processing of the change pointer will eliminate the inconsistencies.
Therefore, depending on the setting you choose for the checkbox Issue inconsistencies with change pointer / interface entry, this object is either not included in the list of inconsistencies issued by the report or it is included in the list but marked with a special icon.
