Definition
Update index only when generating rules for Revenues Increasing the Budget (RIB).
Set this indicator if you do not want to generate any new RIB objects. In this case, only index entries assigning a budget address to an existing RIB object will be created.
If you do not set this indicator, the system will also create new RIB objects with all the attributes necessary to define valid RIB rules, in addition to the index update.
