Definition

Defines that the amount change of an earmarked fund can only take place using value adjustment documents.

Use

If this indicator is set, the earmarked funds amount can no longer be changed manually. To change the amount of an earmarked fund, an additional document known as a value adjustment document must be entered.

Value adjustment documents inherit the characteristics of the document that they adjust. For example, if an earmarked fund is subject to an approval procedure, the coresponding value adjustment documents must also be approved.
