Use
If you flag a commitment item as statistical, this commitment item is only updated statistically. By this we mean the following:
- The commitment item cannot be budgeted directly.
- Postings which contain this commitment item are updated but do not take part in active availability control.
- The postings are displayed separately in reporting.
Procedure
Examples
In the municipal sector, this indicator is used for the integration of the collective expenditures into the budget. If the commitment item in question is one which is managed by an FM account assignment in collective budget expenditure (collective expenditure role 2), then this commitment item must be flagged as statistical.
Dependencies
Commitment Items in FM Area/Fiscal Year
When creating a commitment item within a commitment item hierarchy, the system automatically copies the indicator of the superior commitment item.
Change Statistical Indicator
You can only set or delete the indicator in the master record of the top commitment item in a commitment item hierarchy if you have not given budget to this item. The system automatically copies the change to the subordinate commitment items.
