Use

If you set this indicator, data entered in Funds Management is deleted before reconstruction.

However, the following documents are not deleted:

• Documents that are in a later fiscal year after the commitments carryforward
• Documents for which the commitments carryforward was reset again after they had been completely or partially reduced in a later fiscal year.

The documents that are not deleted are displayed in the log.

Dependencies

You should only set this indicator for processing small quantities of data to guarantee better performance. If you want to delete large amounts of data, you have to use program RFFMDLFI to delete existing commitment and actual data.
