Definition
Defines that the second approval step is executed in a two-step approval procedure for the commitment carryforward.
Use
If you set this indicator, you can reject the commitment carryforward
for items for which the commitment carryfoward was approved in the first approval step.
The approved open items are carried forward with budget; the open items that were not approved are carried forward without budget.
