Documentation
Definition
Forecasts how much property tax the tax office will levy this year (the tax declaration year) and next year.
Use
Use this budgeting run type to forecast the property tax if you have not yet executed a final run of the report for this tax declaration year, for example, if you execute the budgeting run for 2005 and 2006 in February 2005, and you will not carry out the final run for the 2005 tax declaration until April.
Dependencies
The report bases this year's forecast on the data from the last update run (irrespective of whether it was a provisional or update run). However, it recalculates additional depreciation using the rates that you have entered for this year's budgeting run in the IMG activity Add-In: Depreciation Rates.
The report bases next year's forecast on the values forecast for this year, and uses the additional depreciation rates that you have entered for next year's budgeting run in the Add-In.
