Definition
You use this button to determine the conditions under which memo records/line items are to be output.
If you select Do Not Output Memo Records, the totals records for which a difference to the memo records was determined are displayed. The totals of the relevant memo records/line items are also displayed. The actual memo records/line items however are not listed.
If you select Output Memo Records if Errors Occur, the totals records for which a difference to the memo records was determined are displayed. The relevant memo records/line items and their totals are displayed below.
Payment advices and planned items also display the company code and ID number. You can therefore view the memo records using transaction FF65 (memo records list display).
The display shows all key fields for all the other line items. You can view the line items using transaction SE16. The table name that you require for SE16 appears behind the amount.
The report is started with this option when it is called by transaction FDFD -> Enhanced Reconciliation.
If you select Always Output Memo Records, all totals records are displayed with both their relevant memo records/line items and totals, even if no difference was determined. In this case you should use the selection parameter to limit your results as accurately as possible so that the list does not become too extensive.
