Definition
For new hire employee, if he/she participate certain benefit plans, such as, Holiday plan, Health Screening Plan, the plan annual cost must be apportioned in valid period he/she participated.
If this field is marked, this plan's annual cost will be pro-rate depending on how many pay period remaining.
otherwise, the annual cost will not be pro-rate.

If buying one holiday needs GBP 120 annually, for normal employee that participated full 12 month, his monthly payment will be deducted GBP 10, however, for new hire employee, he has only participated 6 month, for example, so, his monthly payment will be deducted GBP 20.
