Use

If you select this option, the system deletes existing contact data according to the restrictions you enter on the selection screen.

Dependencies

Example

You have restricted the selection to company C1000. The file contains contact information for user SAP01 as the contact person for company C1000. User SAP02 is also assigned to company C1000. After the data is uploaded, SAP02 will no longer be assigned to company C1000.
