Definition
The transaction for reconciling intercompany business transactions is geared towards helping you identify documents causing differences in the business relationships. Therefore the differences overview only contains intercompany business relationships where transactions between trading partners have been transferred to the reconciliation system.
Use
If you set this flag the differences overview will show a balance of zero for each possible combination of company and trading partner maintained in ICR customizing if no data was transferred for this particular business relationship.
Dependencies
Example
You would like to have a record of all possible intercompany business relationships as part of your month end closing documentation. You set the flag in order to have all possible business relationships included in the differences overview. You make all business relationships visible by using the appropriate function in the tree display and then use the function List Output. You create a PDF from the resulting list to include with your documentation.
