Documentation
Definition
This field indicates the employement percentage according to the work schedule. If you change the value in the field, the system adjusts the daily, weekly, periodic and annual hours automatically.
Use
If the employee does not work 100% of the employment percentage which is specified in the work schedule rule assigned to him/her, the personal work schedule is modified accordingly using this function.
If the value of the field is changed and a retroactive calculation is triggered for a period which has already been accounted, the system displays any attendance and absence records which exist. You can check them and make any necessary corrections.

Examples
If the employment percentage is 100%, the employee works exactly as specified in the work schedule rule. If the employment percentage changes to 50%, the other hours fields in the Planned Working Time infotype (0007) are reduced to half their previous value.

Use
This is the mean employment percentage of the employment period covered by the holiday certificate.
This percentage is used in the calculation of the employee's mean employment percentage during the holiday service year.
If during the holiday service year the employee was employed at more than one employer, you should create one record of this infotype per holiday certificate to enter the data of every holiday certificate separately. The employment percentage of each employment period will be used to calculate the mean employment percentage of the holiday service year.
NOTE: You should not enter value zero!
