Supplementary Documentation - EINDT 0002
Use
Procedure
Enter a delivery date or a delivery date interval, if you want to search for purchase orders or shipping notes with this criteria.
Examples
Dependencies
The delivery date is not sufficient on its own to search for purchase orders or shipping notes. You must also provide one of the following pieces of information:
- vendor
- material or EAN no.
- transport identification
Supplementary Documentation - EINDT 0003
Use
You can use the data suggested by the system or you can select a date in the past.
Procedure
Dependencies
The system suggests the last day of the month before last, because it assumes that the goods receiving process has already been completed for all schedule lines prior to this date.
This ensures that a GR reversal does not affect any already aggregated schedule lines, for example.
