Use
You can use this field in various ways, for example for
- The date when the waste was generated
- The date when the document was entered
- The date when the waste was placed in storage
Procedure
The date that you specify here depends, for example, on whether maximum storage periods must be observed for the waste:
- If maximum storage periods must be observed for the waste that start when the waste is placed in storage, enter the date when the waste was placed in storage.
- If maximum storage periods must be observed for the waste that start when the waste is generated, enter the date when the waste was generated.
Note:
If you enter a waste quantity and have not entered a date here, the system inserts the document date from the entry tool as soon as you choose Confirm or Save. If you have not specified a document date in the entry tool, the system inserts the current date as soon as you have entered a waste quantity and choose Confirm or Save.
Examples
Dependencies
You specify the period of time for which the waste can be stored in the Maximum storage period field.
