Use
The employee hiring date is a condition for pay scale reclassification. You can use it to further differentiate pay scale reclassification criteria.
The Pay Scale Reclassification report (RPITIG00) determines the employee hiring date from the 'Actions' (0000), 'Organizational Assignment' (0001) and 'Date Specifications' (0041) infotypes.
Procedure
Enter the 'to' date of the hiring period.
If you do not want to use the employee hiring date as a pay scale reclassification condition, enter 12/31/9999 in this field.
