Definition
Set this indicator to prevent the new term end date due to a life event from occurring later than the original term end date.
Example
An employee, who owns granted awards that expire in one year, retires before the term. Suppose you have defined Retirement as a life event and want a new term of award of two years to be valid when this life event occurs. In this case, the original term would be extended by one year. To keep the original term, you must set this indicator.
