Definition
When you select operations of EAM orders in transactions IW37 and IW49, this flag specifies whether or not the system considers the assignments of object list entries to the operations.
Use
You can store an EAM notification in an EAM order operation by assigning an object list entry. The technical objects that are stored in the EAM notification are then also displayed in the operation.
You can also directly or indirectly store technical objects (equipment or functional locations) in the operation:
- "Directly" means that the technical objects are entered manually in the operation, for example during inspection rounds.
- "Indirectly" means that the technical objects are displayed in the operation because of the assignment of an object list entry.
If this flag is set:
- The system considers both the directly and indirectly assigned technical objects when operations are selected.
- Both directly and indirectly assigned technical objects and the assigned notifications can be displayed in the output list.
If this flag is not set:
- The system only considers the directly assigned technical objects when operations are selected.
- Only the directly assigned technical objects can be displayed in the output list.
Note that setting the flag can lead to significantly longer runtimes.
