Documentation
Definition
Specifies whether the total demand is distributed monthly, weekly, or based on generic intervals. If you choose Generic Interval, you can define the periods for the distribution as you wish.
Use
If the total demand is distributed in a role and no period type has been entered in the project definition, the system uses the value defined here. Since the period type for a particular project applies to all distributions, it is also transferred to the project definition.
If the period type is changed in the project definition later on, the system recalculates the intervals of all distributions.
