Definition
Indicates that serial numbers are created automatically for items with serial number requirement.
Use
If you set this indicator, in the item data on the Serial numbers tab page, the system suggests that the serial numbers should be assigned automatically.
If you do not set the indicator, you have to manually enter the serial numbers for each material individually or set the indicator manually on the tab page.
