There are two types of duration in the system:
- normal duration
- minimum duration
If you select reduction in scheduling the minimum duration is the lower limit for the reduction.

You can either maintain the duration manually or let the system calculate it via the field authorization key in the work detail screen.

This entry can be calculated by the system. To do so you must enter the required calculation key in the CcKey field.
Example
Operation 0010: Paint wall
Work: 3 hours
Duration: 5 hours (since the paint has to dry
another 2 hours)
Only after 5 hours can the work be continued or the next operation be started.
