Definition

The setting in this field influences the system behavior as regards the destination of the complaints entered in the Internet.

The following values are possible:

  1. Store all data in the temporary table: This setting means that complaints are never created directly from the Internet. All complaints are stored first in the temporary table(s) and can then be created or processed by the postediting program (RJKWWWTEMP_COMPL).
  2. Incorrect data to temporary table: This setting means that only errored data is placed in the temporary table. If no errors occur during processing of the IAC Create Complaint, the complaint is created immediately. Errors may have the following causes:
    • A complaint already exists for an issue in the complaint period.
    • The desired activity was not possible for all issues in the complaint period (for example, you chose credit memo but the order is partially suspended during the complaint period, so that a credit memo is not possible).
  3. Reject incorrect data: This setting means no data is stored in the temporary table. If no errors occur during processing of the IAC Create Complaint, the complaint is created immediately. If an error occurs, the user is informed of this in dialog processing but the data is not stored temporarily.
