Date that the system uses to post cumulative quantities to another period than the one in which they are reported back.
Definition
When the year in which the cumulative delivery order quantity is posted does not match the year in which the materials are actually received by the customer, the system cannot carry out a year change.
In this case, it displays the delivery order date and pick-up date in color in the delivery order so that you know there is a discrepancy.
Procedure
Change the date to match the year of the pick-up date and save the document. The system can then recognize a year change according to the cumulative quantity received and reported back by the customer.
