Documentation
Definition
Message used in the context of flow control.
Use
Messages have two functions in the context of flow control:
- They represent the entries in the finite automaton and thus effect the change of state.
- They can be displayed with actions which have been called up on changing state. If a flow control is again involved when the action is called up then the message effects the change from the initial state to the first resulting state. If the action called up is a function module then initial information can be provided for it via the message.
