Definition

Key used to classify cities from the point of view of taxes.

Currently the county code is used in the USA for handling county tax, and in Denmark to define the municipality number of the employee's first place of residence.

Supplementary Documentation - COUNC 0009

Use

This field is used in the Danish info type 6 for the number of the county in which the employee registered his first habitual residence. This number must be entered in communications with the county, for example during "dappengebegæring".

Procedure

Specify the county number of the employee's first place of residence.

Dependencies

You maintain this field in table T005E by entering country = "DK", without specifying a region, the county number under CountyCode, and the name of the county under County Name.
