Internal assignment object key in the CO-PA data basis
This is a reference from a CO-PA assignment object to a line in the segment table CE4xxxx for CO-PA transaction data.
The field CE4xxxx_ACCT-PAOBJNR contains the "assignment reference number", which is returned to the source application as the object that received the assignment. This field is assigned to data element RKEOBJNR in order to ensure upward compatibility.
The characteristics contained in the segment table of the operating concern are also subject to realignments in the account assignment object. Consequently, these characteristics are overwritten with the corresponding values in table CE4xxxx (segment table) when the system accesses table CE4xxxx_ACCT (account assignment object). The field CE4xxxx-CE4KEY describes this relationship.
Also for purposes of upward compatibility, the data element RKEOBJNR remains the data element for the key field PAOBJNR in tables CE1xxxx, CE2xxxx, CE3xxxx, CE4xxxx and CE4xxxx_KENC.
This means that the new data element for CE4xxxx_ACCT-CE4KEY is purely for documentation purposes.
