Definition

Date for which a maintenance date was completed.

Use

When individual notifications or orders (IW22, IW32) are completed, the system proposes the planned date of the maintenance call object as the confirmation date. However, if the planned date is in the future, then this is replaced by the current system date.

During the completion of several notifications or orders using list processing (IW28, IW38), the system date is proposed as the confirmation date.

Dependencies

In some cases the completion date field is not ready for input, for example, if:

• Subsequent calls already exist for the order or notification
• The user has no authorization for confirmation
• A maintenance call object cannot be confirmed again using list processing
