Definition
Indicator which specifies that the characteristic is used in the XXL list viewer for creating column groups.
Use
The column group characteristic serves as a criterion for the further grouping of the column values in the XXL list viewer. The XXL list viewer generates a column group for each value of the characteristic. You can define several colum group characteristic for each evaluation version.

In this table, column groups were created using the characteristics "material number" and "plant". A higher sort number was assigned to the plant than to the material number. The column characteristics are "quantity" and "unit".
Dependencies
If you define more than one column group characteristic for an evaluation version, you also have to maintain the respective sort numbers.
In the evaluation, only those process messages are taken into account which contain all the column group characteristics of the evaluation version.
