Definition
You can use this option to specify whether the selected cost estimates are physically deleted from the database or the SAP System.
You can use the test run to check whether the selected cost estimates can be deleted.
Caution: You cannot retrieve cost estimates that were deleted in a reorganization run.
If you just want to remove cost estimates from the SAP System, you can archive them. You can then reload the cost estimates from the archive when you need them.
