Documentation
Definition
Controls how the standard price is calculated when using valuated sales order stock.
Use
Set this indicator if you want the system to valuate the valuated sales order stock using the standard price for the non-allocated warehouse stock. This can be used, for example, if you are producing the same material as a non-allocated stock item as well as for sales order-related mass production.
Procedure
Set the indicator to valuate the valuated sales order stock with the standard price of the non-allocated warehouse stock.
Do not set the indicator if you want to valuate the valuated sales order stock with the standard price according to the following fixed strategy sequence:
- Standard price using Customer Exit COPCP002 - Material valuation of valuated sales order stock. If necessary read the documentation for the customer exit.
- Standard price according to sales order cost estimate or to order BOM cost estimate
- Standard price according to preliminary cost estimate for sales order or process order or product cost collector; for engineer-to-order cost estimate for the WBS element.
- Standard price according to the material master record entry for material controlled by collective requirements
If there is no corresponding value, the system uses the following strategy.
Dependencies
This indicator is only relevant for use with valuated sales order stocks.
Materials produced for non-allocated warehouse stock are controlled by collective requirements.
Materials produced for sales order stock are materials carried in sales orders or project inventories.
If you want to valuate materials subject to individual requirements together with materials for make-to-stock production, note the indicator 'Valuation'.
