Definition

The proficiencies of a requirement / qualification denote the extent to which a requirement is deemed necessary for a position, or how well a person fulfills a qualification. In other words, the proficiency indicates the quality of a requirement / professional skill.

Important:

The proficiency values should be arranged in ascending order: thus proficiency 1 is always inferior to proficiency 2.

Example:

Proficiency 0 = 'non-valuated'

Proficiency 1 = 'very poor'

... ...

Proficiency 9 = 'excellent'
