Definition
If you select this field, the system branches to the key figure selection screen within the definition of a drill-down report.
Here you select the key figures, which you want to see in the report. It is not possible to access this screen from every report. If the selection of the key figures has already taken place in the form with the form reports (2-coordinates, 1-coordinate with key figures), no key figure selection takes place in the report definition. With certain key figures you can also establish, that a key figure must be selected. In this case the selection is only displayed and cannot be changed.
Please note, that there is a key figure which is linked to currency- carrying characteristics. A key figure 'revenue in company code currency' requires, for example, the characteristic 'company code'. This characteristic must be unequivocally specified in one form or another. In other words, using the form or using the report.
With such key figures it can also be the case that they are not offered in the key figure selection (because the currency-carrying characteristic is not unequivocal (e.g. Interval)).
For others you will be required to make a selection and specification of the currency-carrying characteristics with these key figures, as soon as the key figure was selected.
The key figures can be offered in key figure groups. These groups are put together in customizing. If there is no entry field for the key figure groups on the screen then no key figure groups have been defined in Customizing yet.
