Definition

The color sequence determines in which colors the values are displayed in exception reporting. The color of a value is always interpreted with two thresholds in this context. One of these two thresholds can be initial.

When using the color sequence green / red the following four situations could occur:

  1. Both thresholds are set. The lower threshold is smaller than the upper threshold. All values that are less than the lower threshold are colored in green. Those values that fall between the upper and lower thresholds are colored normally. Values that are larger than the upper threshold are displayed in red.
  2. The lower threshold is set, the upper is initial. All values that are less than the lower threshold are colored green. The values that are greater than this threshold are colored normally.
  3. The lower threshold is initial, the upper is set. All values that are less than the lower threshold are colored normally. The values that are greater than this threshold are colored red.
  4. Both thresholds are set. The lower threshold is the same as the upper threshold. All values that are less than the lower threshold are colored green. Values that are larger than the thresholds are displayed in red.

A value that is normally colored is displayed in the color that is also used for the number values for which no exception has been defined.
