Example
Entering an importer can, for example, be required when, according to regulation, a material is ordered by a legal entity A located in a specific validity area from a supplier B also located in the validity area. The material is delivered from beyond the validity area and a legal agreement exists between A and B. This agreement specifies that the legal entity A is responsible for the import of materials or substances according to the regulation.
