Use
If the Transfer personnel number option is selected, the personnel number is also transferred for activity allocation.
If the personnel number is not transferred, the number of postings in CO can be reduced considerably. In this case, the activity comsumption of records of the same type is totaled for all personnel numbers, and only the total is posted.
