Set this indicator if the dependant is treated as a person at charge from a tax perspective.
When you set this indicator and create a new record for infotype Fiscal Data B (0101), the corresponding field in infotype 0101 is updated accordingly. You can either confirm this value or change it. Note that only the value in infotype 0101 has an impact on the tax calculation.
