Definition
The rent per area unit determined on the basis of the representative list of rents data and surcharge/reduction characteristics is entered here for a rent adjustment according to the representative list of rents.
The average rent per area unit of all assigned apartments of the comparative group is entered here for a rent adjustment based on comparative apartments.
The new rent is determined from this amount by also taking into account the percentage rate of increase and applying the rounding rules defined in Customizing.
