Documentation
In the lower group box, you can select which operation is to be
performed with the selected jobs.
You have the following three options:
- Test Run: The jobs are only displayed and not deleted.
NOTE:
The test mode functions differently in dialog and in
background processing:
In background processing, the system displays a spool list of the
jobs to be deleted. This list can be exported.
In dialog mode, the system displays only the number of jobs to
be deleted.
- Delete: The jobs are deleted.
- Forced Mode: The selected jobs are deleted, even if the deletion of
the job attributes was not successful. Previously, a job could not
be deleted, if certain job attributes were missing. In Forced Mode,
the jobs are deleted despite missing attributes.
