Use

If you select this field for a combination of budget type and budget subtype, you can transfer budget from revenues increasing the budget. The program checks whether the FM account assignment is a revenues FM account assignment and the receiving FM account assignment an expenditures FM account assignment. The program also checks whether a budget memo (budget memo type 1, 2, 3 or 4) has been defined for the participating FM account assignments.

Example

You can use this setting to transfer funds from unilateral and reciprocal cover eligibility.
